I ordered the Orchid and Fern in March 2021 and had to wait five months for it to be delivered, with the delivery times pushed back three times and the third notification was only because I chased! Based on service alone, I wouldn’t buy from here again. The product itself is nice. Looks very pretty and realistic from a far. Large enough to be a real centre piece in any room. The only thing that lets this product down are the orchid buds really do look plastic but this is on closer inspection. Came well packaged. Extremely expensive for what it is but I can’t kill this one so I hope it stands the rest of time!
