I have no problem with the quality of the product but I have a complaint about the length of time for delivery ( 2 months) and the lack of communication from Bloom unless I personally requested details of the delay.

Very good quality and realistic, a couple of tiny central petals missing, but not too noticeable so I decided to keep it
